how to re-tie the neck tie

Hey everyone!

I've gotten a few requests in the last couple weeks for instructions on how to re-tie the boys neck tie, so I thought I'd put together a quick tutorial!  It's so easy you'll be amazed!

First, start with putting the BACK side points of the tie together, with the little one on top.  (both back sides facing up)

Then grab the strap and put it right on top, with the pinkadink tag on the left side, facing up (can't see that in the pic).

Next just bring the points down OVER the strap and UNDER the loop at the bottom of the tie.

Use your left hand to hold the strap while you pull it tight and shape it.

These ties are also adjustable, so you can make the big point side much longer than the small point to give it more length before you pull it through.  If the back side of the tie sticks out (at any length), an easy trick is to pin a bobby pin up the center of both layers to keep it in place!  (not sure why it's horizontal but you get the point.)

This is something your little boy should be able to wear for years!  yay! :)

if you have any questions, email me at thepinkadink@gmail.com.

thanks!
